Irish engineering consultancy Byrne Looby Partners made its first foray into the Middle East in early 2009, when it tested the water in Saudi Arabia.

The company has since expanded across almost every major commercial centre of the Arab world, with permanent offices in Doha, in Qatar, Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.
