The shares of Apple Computer, which is expected to report a fourfold increase in quarterly profits this week, will climb 15 per cent over the next 12 months, according to New York-based analysts.
The firm employs about 1,000 people at its European headquarters and manufacturing centre in Cork. Its shares have gained by 69 per cent since January. Benjamin Reitzes of UBS in New York forecast that the shares would climb by another 15 per cent over the next 52 weeks.
