Appetite for hotel acquisitions is Crystal clear
The strong national and international demand for hotels across the country is driven by economic growth and a weaker euro
Nama looks set to exceed its target of €35 million from the seven Leinster and Munster hotels which were offered for sale under the brand name Crystal Collection. As sales activity increases, two of them have just been sold in deals which reflect continuing demand for Irish hotels. Agent CBRE is also believed to have identified buyers for the remaining four in the collection.
