Hotelier Tom Moran's plan to develop an €80 million hotel and spa in Ticknock, Sandyford, south Dublin, has been appealed to An Bord Pleanala.
Hotelier Tom Moran's plan to develop an €80 million hotel and spa in Ticknock, Sandyford, south Dublin, has been appealed to An Bord Pleanala.
Moran had been granted permission by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council to build a spa with 14 treatment rooms, hydrotherapy facilities, a 25 metre swimming pool and a hotel with 250 bedroom and 35 apartment-style suites.
