The oral hearing into Beacon Medical Group’s proposed €242 million co-located private hospital in Cork begins on Tuesday.

An Bord Pleanála has scheduled a four-day oral hearing for the appeal against the granting of planning permission for the hospital, which forms an integral part of the government’s health strategy. Beacon Medical Group (BMG) expects a decision in November.
