APN chief earned €2.3m in 2006
Brendan Hopkins, the chief executive of Independent News & Media’s Australian associate APN, earned a total remuneration package of A$3.8 million (€2.3 million) last year.
Brendan Hopkins, the chief executive of Independent News & Media’s Australian associate APN, earned a total remuneration package of A$3.8 million (€2.3 million) last year.
Hopkins’ total earnings were just shy of the €2.4million earned by AIB chief executive Eugene Sheehy.
The figure for the APN executive includes stock options awarded to him which were valued at A$630,000, according to the APN annual report published last week.
