Belfast firm APT Licensing has sold its broadcast hardware division to European firm Audemat in a multi-million-euro deal.

A spokesman for APT said its hardware division became a subsidiary company in January of this year, as a prelude to a trade sale to the Audemat group, which is based in France and also has a US office in Florida.
