Apex get green light for 87 apartment development

Apex Estates has been granted permission to develop 87 apartments on a site comprising the Edmundson Electrical factory, H Matthews pub and adjoining properties between Hendrick Street and Benburb Street in Dublin 7.

Apex Estates has been granted permission to develop 87 apartments on a site comprising the Edmundson Electrical factory, H Matthews pub and adjoining properties between Hendrick Street and Benburb Street in Dublin 7.

Planning was granted subject to 24 conditions including a justification from Apex explaining the fact that 26 per cent of the apartments are one-beds.
