Apartments to draw first-time buyers
First-time buyers and owner-occupiers will be interested in a new phase of 50 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, released for sale from €250,000 at Mayeston Hall, a €150 million Barina Construction scheme of apartments and houses in Dublin 11.
The units currently for sale are under construction and are scheduled for completion from next summer. The scheme will comprise 350 units in total. Currently on offer are one-bedroom apartments, which range in size from 44 to 58 square metres and cost from €250,000; two-bedroom units of between 68 and 78 square metres and pr ic ed from €295,000 and three-bedroom apartments measuring up to 91 square metres and priced from €375,000.
