Apartments ideal for commuters

Owenass Direct is handling the sale of 40 apartments at Gandon Hall, a new residential scheme at Fairgreen Village in Portlaoise, Co Laois.

Three different styles of one and two-bedroom apartments which range in size from 79 to 84 square metres and are priced from €205,000 are on offer in this release.

They are scheduled for completion in August and standard features will include wooden flooring, designer kitchens and bathrooms with Jacuzzi baths.
