So, off with Eamon Gilmore there last week to Santiago, Chile, for the EU-Latin America summit or business forum or whatever. Although, rather disappointingly, not a single photo (extensive searches have revealed) was taken of Gilmore in a big sombrero with a cocktail. No sense of occasion, that man.
