Hector Xavier Monsegur, the hacker cooperating with a government probe involving two Irish teenagers, won’t face prosecution for several alleged offences.
Monsegur will escape prosecution on alleged offenses including attempted drug-dealing and computer crimes dating to when he was a teenager, according to his agreement with the US.
Two Irish students, Donncha O'Cearrbhail and Darren Martyn, named on the charge sheet published by the US Attorney's in a New York court last week....
