For a few fleeting moments, Stephanie Radnor began to wonder if she was in the right place. A law student from Vancouver, Canada, Radnor was touring the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin on Tuesday afternoon, when word started filtering through that a judge was posed to sentence two leading bankers over an illegal €430 million loans-for-shares scam at the now defunct Anglo Irish Bank.
