Anglo Irish Bank has effectively taken control of the business interests of property developer and businessman Paddy Kelly.

Anglo Irish Bank has effectively taken control of the business interests of property developer and businessman Paddy Kelly.

The nationalised lender has appointed specialist asset managers to more than 50 of Kelly’s projects. The advisers have been retained by Anglo to run developments ranging from individual investment properties to Kelly’s interest in the €1.5 billion redevelopment of Bray town centre in Wicklow.
