Anglo Irish Bank has initiated court proceedings against the Limerick law firm Dermot J O’Donovan & Partners, writes Ian Kehoe.
The proceedings are in relation to the firm’s involvement with the Fordmount Group, the Limerick development group that has gone into receivership with debts of €200million.
The High Court actions are against Dermot G O’Donovan, Michael Sherry, Adrian Frawley and Tommy Dalton.
The four men all owned shares in the group, which was controlled by Limerick developer Michael Daly.
