The High Court has ruled that Anglo Irish Bank is entitled to be repaid €6.9 million in loans for a Kerry development, even though the bank's solicitor changed guarantee forms after they were signed.
Anglo sought repayment of loans totalling €6,882,970 from Denis Collins, Michael Kiernan and Richard Fitzgerald, after they signed personal guarantees relating to loans to their company, MDZ Ltd.
