Almost half of units are let at Monread in Naas
Phase two of the Monread Centre, a high-profile retail development on the edge of Naas town centre, has come to the market with almost 50 per cent of the units already let.
British retailers Boots and Argos will start their fit-outs next week, with a projected store opening date for both in early June. They will trade alongside the new Tesco Extra store, which opened last November and is one of the supermarket giant’s largest Irish stores. When fully complete, the Monread scheme will comprise a total retail area of 15,810 square metres, which will include 21 retail units in addition to the Tesco Extra store.
