Allsop auctions see sales of €54.5 million

Co Dublin leads the way as investors willingness to pay higher prices results in keen gross yields up to 8 per cent.

As many as 226 lots generated a combined €54.5 million worth of property sales at the Allsop Space auction in Dublin this week, writes Donal Buckley.

Commercial properties and large residential investments accounted for 84 of the sales, with a combined value of more than €24.7 million. The remaining €29.77 million was generated by 110 smaller residential and land lots.
