The developers of an upmarket scheme of townhouses and apartments on the Algarve are aiming to attract buyers seeking a pure holiday home rather than a buy-to-let investment.

The CS Group, which has operated in the Portuguese property and tourism sectors for over 20 years, is putting the finishing touches to Herdade dos Salgados, which is being marketed in Ireland through Property Partners.
