Aldi complaint is upheld
The Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland has upheld a complaint made about a brochure published by German supermarket giant Aldi.
The Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI) has upheld a complaint made about a brochure published by German supermarket giant Aldi.
The brochure, entitled 'Love Ireland. Like Aldi', featured a number of Irish firms which produce for the chain, alongside their products.
Honey was among the products featured, and one brand - Healy's Honey from Ballincollig, Co Cork - was accompanied by a photograph of founders Con and Anna Healy in beekeepers' clothing.
