Airscape seeks planning permission for Parkwest mixed-use development

Airscape, the property company owned by developer Pat Doherty, is to apply for planning permission for a major mixed-use development including nearly 1,000 apartments at Parkwest Business Park, off the Nangor Road in Gallanstown, Dublin 10.

Airscape, the property company owned by developer Pat Doherty, is to apply for planning permission for a major mixed-use development including nearly 1,000 apartments at Parkwest Business Park, off the Nangor Road in Gallanstown, Dublin 10.

The plans for the development include more than 58,000 square metres of offices, 13,000 square metres of retail and mixed use space, a 3,515 square metre building for cultural and civic use and 958 apartments.
