A group of workers from retail outlets in Dublin Airport have not been paid in recent weeks and face an uncertain future after their former employer lost its concession at the airport.

The 15 workers, who were previously employed at two shops in Terminal One, believe their employment should be protected by TUPE regulations, which protect workers by guaranteeing a transfer of employment when a business is taken over by a new owner.
