Cian O'Brien was appointed as director of Seat Ireland in November 2012, and was tasked with getting the relatively undeveloped brand to a 3.5 per cent market share by 2015 (from 1.71 per cent in 2012).

Three months into the job, Cian took part in the first of a new series of motor industry Q&As with Shane O'Donoghue.
