Two adjoining homes on four acres are on sale in the seaside village of Portmarnock, north county Dublin

Activity may be improving at the lower and middle end of the Dublin property market, but the upper end remains, for the most part, in the doldrums.

However, there are some signs of life in Malahide and Portmarnock, with Lisney having agreed the sale of two large family homes in the area over the past two months at prices over €1.5 million.
