Neurocure, a small Dublin drug firm that has been linked to a flotation on AIM, has restructured and is looking for multimillion euro funding.

The company is working on research and development of drugs for conditions including chronic fatigue, attention deficit disorder and premenstrual syndrome.

However, it had no income last year and lost almost €280,000, leaving it with accumulated losses of almost €1.6 million, according to new accounts.
