AIB has launched a High Court action against one of the bank’s largest borrowers, property developer and builder John Fleming.
The lender is pursuing Fleming personally over a series of guarantees that the businessman provided to secure €300 million to fund a wide range of residential and commercial property ventures.
Once one of the country’s largest developers, Fleming has seen his Cork construction group collapse into liquidation and receivership over the past year....
