AIB has become the latest bank to pursue online card payments millionaire John Nagle through the courts for unpaid debts.

The bank applied for a summary judgment in the High Court on January 3 against Nagle and his wife Joan. It is understood that the bank has been unable to serve the summons, and there are no details as to when the case will be heard. AIB refused to comment on the matter.
