AIB has just lodged a planning application with Dublin City Council seeking to transform its Bankcentre in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

The bank wants to build an additional office block at the site. The application was lodged last week to develop about 1.7 acres in the centre, which would be accessed from Serpentine Avenue and Merrion Road.
