AIB has appointed Peter Rossiter as chief risk officer, according to a report.

Rossiter will join AIB from Irish Bank Resolution Corporation, formerly Anglo Irish Bank, where he has been CRO since November 2009. Bloomberg cited an e-mail sent by chief executive David Duffy to staff as the basis for its report. The content of the e-mail was confirmed by Bloomberg News.
