Taoiseach set for a court challenge to determine grounds of questioning at Mahon Tribunal.

Having been subjected to protracted political pressure over contradictions in his evidence to the Mahon Tribunal, Taoiseach Bertie Ahern will this week attempt to turn the tables on the tribunal itself.
