The title of Greg Baxter’s second novel is revealing in a couple of ways. Munich Airport is set partly in Munich Airport, but more importantly the flat, impersonal tone struck by the title is an indication of the writer’s intent, echoing as it does the novel’s distinctive style and its narrator’s distance from the world.
