After-hours GP centres could be closed

The after-hours GP service, which serves approximately 550,000 people in north county Dublin and the north inner city, is under threat. Doctors who run the D-Doc service have warned they may have to close medical centres, saying that the latest cut to their payments from the state had put the service "at a tipping point".
