Aer Lingus passenger numbers up 6.2% in July

Aer Lingus has reported that passengers numbers are up 6.2 per cent for the month of July, when compared to the same month last year.

Aer Lingus has reported that passengers numbers are up 6.2 per cent for the month of July, when compared to the same month last year.

Total traffic, including Aer Lingus Regional, increased to 1.212 million passengers, year-on-year.

Long haul passenger numbers increased by 22.4 per cent, from 116,000 to 142,000, while short haul passengers were up 2.1 per cent to 928,000, the airline said.
