Aepona appoints telecoms veteran as boss

Aepona, a heavily-backed Belfast telecoms software firm, has appointed Isaac Olasoko as its new chief executive.

Aepona, a heavily-backed Belfast telecoms software firm, has appointed Isaac Olasoko as its new chief executive.

A telecoms industry veteran, Olasoko was most recently chief executive of Transmode Systems, a Swedish firm that makes optical network equipment.

Gilbert Little, co-founder and chairman of Aepona, said Olasoko had transformed Transmode from a start-up to a global company.
