Tax adviser Noel Corcoran says he is owed nearly $4.5 million by an American biofuels company he formerly chaired.

Corcoran gave a breakdown of how much he said NewGen Technologies was in default in an affidavit he submitted to the District Court of North Carolina last week.

Corcoran says he is owed the money in relation to agreements, directors’ fees and other expenses since he became involved with the company in 2006.
