Adelphi Centre office building sells for €3.6m
Series of deals shows strength of development land and office markets, writes Donal Buckley.
The strength of the development land and office markets was seen in the last few days at the auction of three properties in the Dun Laoghaire area for combined prices totalling €6.47 million.
One of them was a small 0.51-acre development site (which sold for double its guide price) and the others were two office buildings, which also sold over their guides.
