Advertising spending should remain strong for the rest of this year and into 2006, according to Michael Caraher, who heads the Association of Advertisers in Ireland.
“I am aware of one or two advertisers who have cut back a bit on spend above the line to help fund below the line activities - particularly in the FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) sector,” said Caraher.
