A welcome increase in new home starts, but it’s not enough

Despite increased building and new schemes coming on stream, the numbers of new homes are still failing to keep up with demand

Halfway through the year and an analysis of what is coming to the market between now and the end of the year revealed a 45 per cent increase in the number of schemes in our listing compared to H1, 2017.
