A-Wear files petition seeking appointment of Examiner

A-Wear, the Irish fashion chain, has filed a petition with the High Court in Dublin seeking the appointment of an Examiner.

A-Wear, the Irish fashion chain, has filed a petition with the High Court in Dublin seeking the appointment of an Examiner.

The Court has appointed Ken Fennell of Kavanagh Fennell as interim examiner to Latzur Limited, which trades as A-Wear, providing protection to the company, during the period of Examinership.

The business employs 358 staff, 117 of them on a fulltime basis, across its shops and head office which is based on Grafton Street, Dublin.
