In the past I've stripped-off with strangers to go ice swimming in a Finnish lake, joined a disco dance-style roller-skate tour of Paris and demonstrated a lack of any acrobatic skills in a circus school. I'm pretty much embarrassment-proof. So why the apprehension at joining a yoga class in Dublin?
