The Chalet, a Killiney Road bungalow, is on the market at a cool €775,000. Not bad going for the developer who picked it up in July for €560,000. A few weeks of hard work saw him gut it and start from scratch, turning what was a very ‘second-hand house’ into one that’s pretty much new.
