A busy year for Wicklow auctions

It has been a relatively busy year so far for auction sales in Co Wicklow, with a number of properties in Bray, Greystones, Delgany, Enniskerry and Ashford going under the hammer.

It has been a relatively busy year so far for auction sales in Co Wicklow, with a number of properties in Bray, Greystones, Delgany, Enniskerry and Ashford going under the hammer. In Bray, a total of 15 properties went to auction, with 47 per cent withdrawn, 13 per cent sold during the auction and 40 per cent sold afterwards.

The average price of properties selling under the hammer in the town was about €900,000.
