A bumper year for Wall Street as the bulls charge

The Dow Jones Industrial Average has risen by about 26 per cent since 2013 began, while the S&P 500 is up by about 29 per cent, writes Niall Stanage.

Barring an unexpected and total cataclysm on Monday and Tuesday, US stock markets will have performed better in 2013 than in any year for almost two decades.
