60-unit launch in Stepaside

Developer Fleming Construction of Cork has launched the latest 60-unit phase of one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses in the ParkView development, Stepaside, Co Dublin.

The €150 million scheme will consist of 386 units when it is completed towards the end of this year.

The apartments will be housed in six stone-clad buildings designed over three tiers, all built into an elevated sloped site.
