A trade union survey of 5,000 banking staff claims that most bank workers have no confidence in employers' top management.

The survey was carried out last week by the UNITE trade union, which claims members in Irish Life and Permanent TSB, EBS and Bank of Ireland (incorporating New Ireland Assurance and ICS).
