€5.4m paid for two decentralisation sites

The Office of Public Works has paid €5.4 million for two sites in Killarney and Portlaoise for the government's decentralisation programme.

The Office of Public Works has paid €5.4 million for two sites in Killarney and Portlaoise for the government's decentralisation programme.

The Minister of State for Finance, Tom Parlon, said the two acquisitions represented value for money, as properties of a similar size owned by the private sector were commanding higher prices.
