$50m Xilinx expansion to create 45 jobs

US semiconductor company Xilinx is to invest $50 million in an expansion of its electronics engineering operations at its EMEA headquarters in Dublin and Cork.

US semiconductor company Xilinx is to invest $50 million in an expansion of its electronics engineering operations at its EMEA headquarters in Dublin and Cork.

The company will recruit 45 senior silicon and electronics engineering staff for its regional headquarters in Dublin and for its engineering centre in Cork, it said in a statement.
