Car dealers Chapman's of Kildare have agreed a €4 million refinancing package with Bank of Scotland (Ireland) as part of a major restructuring initiative begun two years ago.

Co-founders and company directors Bernard Dalton and Paddy Hartnett began to restructure the company in 2002, following the introduction of the European Block Exemption.
