DIY retailer 4Home is to reduce the size of some of the stores it is planning to open.
DIY retailer 4Home is to reduce the size of some of the stores it is planning to open. The decision to scale back from 2,320 square metres to 1,400 square metres in certain schemes will come as a major blow to retail park developers, who in many cases are already struggling to attract tenants.
4Home has also pulled out of talks for at least one scheme but a spokesman said that was due to particular local circumstances.
