3Touch to launch AV products after buyout

Athlone technology firm 3Touch will launch a range of audio-visual products in the next month, following a multimillion euro buyout by former Xerox Ireland boss Joe Browne.

Browne, who is now chief executive of 3Touch, said the company had ‘‘negligible revenues’’ to date, but was ready to pursue an aggressive sales strategy. ‘‘It is a start-up company and has never really had any sort of sales and marketing capabilities,” he said.

‘‘The focus now is to bring the product to the market and start generating revenues. Cash is key for a small company.”...
